Alton Brown What can I say except he is my sister's favorite food network star, I do believe. He has some great recipes and other thing on his site. I have to give him five jars. Burt Wolf Chef Wolf's site is not as easy to navigate as it use to be but if you look around long enough there are some excellent recipes. Bobby Flay Bobby, is a good chef, I guess, if you like grilling and the types of foods he cooks, I personally do not care for him as a chef and don't know him as a person. His website features and ingredient of the day and a recipe for that ingredient, but that is the only recipes I found on his site. Chef Paul Louisiana's Chef Paul Prudhomme, is featured on this site and you will find several of his recipes, cooking tips and tricks. He also has a catalog of his products. Chef Talk Find out all you want to know about chefs. This page is great and includes cooking classes and numerous recipes. Culinary Schools Are there recipes here? Not that I know of but when I was young if I had known about Culinary schools I may have done something completely different in my life. I think this is an excellent resource for anyone thinking of becoming a chef. Emeril Lagasse What more can I say, this is my best friend's favorite chef. I think she owns every cookbook he has published and actually uses them to cook. Les Kincaid Chef Kincaid has some excellent tips and a nice holiday section too. Also has a large section about wines. Cooking with Paula Deen Oh my gosh, what more can I say, may I offer you a stick of butter. :-) I love Paula Deen and she is my very favorite Food Network Chef. I would love to visit Savannah, just to go to The Lady and Son's and also Uncle Bubba's. Paula is my type of lady, she is smart, intelligent, witty, appears to be an excellent chef and seems to be in love, what more could a woman want? This is the site to her magazine, but there are lots of recipes here, too. Can I give her 10 pickle jars? Well, five is the limit so I guess I will have to stick to my protocol. Rachael Ray I have become addicted to the Food Network and one of my favorite Chefs is Rachael Ray, this site is actually to her magazine but she has tons of recipes on it too. SamCooks Click on the link that says master recipe list and you will find lots of recipes. Shaw Guide, INC The Guide to Career Cooking & Wine Schools, another excellent resource for those wanting to become a chef. Nigella Lawson This is an excellent site for a chef, although, Nigella doesn't consider herself a chef. You can even post and review recipes on her site.
