Peanut Bar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dry milk powder
  1. Heat peanut butter in a double boiler until it is a thick soup.
  2. Stir in honey and then the dry milk.
  3. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Pack into cupcake papers.
1: Refrigerate bars, then coat with semi-sweet or dipping chocolate. 2: Mix shredded coconut in the chocolate before dipping.

Makes 6 quarter-cup bars or 3 half-cup bars.
