Add 3 tablespoons water to honey and bring to boil.
Dissolve gelatin in honey mixture.
Add mixture to dry ingredients in large bowl.
After mixing, add water, a teaspoon at a time until the mixture is moist enough to mold.
Pack in refrigerator dish.
(For taste variations: add dried apricots, raisins, dates, or peanut butter. May be molder and shaped onto aluminum foil.
May be frozen.)
