BLUEBERRY DELUXE
  • 1 large pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (drain and RESERVE juice)
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  1. Dissolve jello in the boiling water.
  2. Stir in pineapple juice. (Do not add any extra cold water.)
  3. When jello is partially set, stir in crushed pineapple.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together until smooth; set aside.
  5. When jello is completely set, spread the blueberry filling evenly over the top of jello.
  6. Then spread cream cheese mixture over blueberry filling;
  7. chill thoroughly before serving.
