MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE
  • Cream of Chicken soup
  • Roasted, peeled green chiles, diced or in strips
  • Corn tortillas
  • Chicken breast fillets boiled, seasoned and shredded
  • Shredded Colby/Jack cheese
  1. Mix all (except tortillas) together.
  2. In greased casserole dish, layer mixture with tortillas.
  3. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
