GREEN CHILE QUICHE
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 pound colby cheese
  • 1/2 pound jack cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In bottom of 9 x 13 pan melt margarine with green chiles.
  3. Layer on cheeses.
  4. Mix Bisquick, eggs & milk.
  5. Pour over cheese.
  6. Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool about 15 minutes.
