JALAPENO SALSA
  • 1 can Ortega diced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • chunk of onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • sprinkle of garlic salt
  • sprinkle of ground cumin
  1. Mix all ingredients in blender on blend for about 30 seconds, just long enough to liquefy salsa.

  • This salsa is not chunky and will keep for a month if refrigerated in a seal tight container
  • You can substitute stewed or fresh tomatoes for the tomato sauce, but the salsa only keeps for a couple of days.
