IT’S QUICHE
  • 16 oz. cubed frozen potatoes (Orida)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 cup diced ham or sausage
  • 1/2 cup canned milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon season salt
  • Grease pan.
  • Press potatoes in pan to form a crust.
  • Pour melted butter over potatoes.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
  • Alternate layers of cheese and ham.
  • Beat eggs, milk and salt.
  • Pour egg mixture over cheese and ham mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

    Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan.
