Cauliflower Soup
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup instant mashed potatoes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 small glass jar Old English Cheese
  • 1 small jar dried beef (torn in pieces)
  1. Break cauliflower in small pieces and cook slightly in 3 cups salted water. DO NOT DRAIN.
  2. Add instant potatoes and mix well.
  3. Add soup, cheeses and dried beef.
