CARROT MOLD
  • 1 pound peeled carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup milk (scant cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T. butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Cook carrots until tender.
  2. Cream with mixer.
  3. Add milk, butter, salt & pepper.
  4. Beat eggs & fold in.
  5. Place mold in pan of water and bake 1 hour at 325°.
