Creamy Lemon Pie
  • 1 8 or 9" graham cracker crumb crust
  • 3 egg yokes
  • 1 can of Eagle® Brand sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup ReaLemon® Juice from Concentrate in Bottle
  • Whipped Cream or Whipped topping
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in sweetened condensed milk and RealLemon®
  3. Pour in to prepared crust, bake 30 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Chill.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Garnish as desired.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers
