Caramel Icing
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  1. Mix brown sugar and margarine together
  2. Melt and let boil hard for 1 minute
  3. Set off heat
  4. Add 1/2 cup cream and boil hard for 2 minute
  5. Remove from heat and cool
  6. Add powdered sugar and beat together
Ice cake
