Chocolate Icing
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (1lb ) box XXX sugar
  1. melt butter or margarine
  2. add milk and cocoa, scald
  3. remove from heat add XXX sugar and vanilla
  4. beat with mixer and spread evenly on cake
