• 2 slices corned beef
• 1 slice Swiss cheese
• 2 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
• 4 tablespoons sauerkraut
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Russian dressing
• 3 tablespoons butter

1. Place 1 slice of corned beef and slice of cheese on bread
2. heap on sauerkraut and spread the dressing over it
3. add second slice of corned beef and second slice of bread.
4. Melt butter in a skillet over med-heat.
5. Grill sandwich on each side until cheese melts

makes 1 sandwich
