Crab-Cheese Buns
  • 2 cups shredded American Cheese
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 can (7 1/2 oz) Crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  1. Heat cheese and margarine in saucepan over low heat until melted, remove from heat.
  2. Stir in crab meat.
  3. Place buns cut side up on rack in broiler pan.
  4. Spread with crabmeat mixture.
  5. Set oven control to broil or 550 degrees F.
  6. Broil with tops 4-5 inches from heat until slightly brown and bubbly. About 2 minutes.
