APRICOT PUNCH
  • 5 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 4 (32 oz.) grapefruit sodas
  1. Bring water to a boil in large pan; add and dissolve sugar and Jell-O.
  2. Add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
  3. Freeze this mixture as punch base.
  4. Remove punch base from freezer at least one hour before serving.
  5. Place punch base and 2 bottles soda in punch bowl.
  6. Break up punch base to help distribute through soda.
  7. Taste, and add other 2 bottles soda as desired and as punch base slowly melts.
Serves 25 to 30.
