Meaty Fried Potatoes

  • 4 cooking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 pound cooked and scrambled sausage
  1. cut all potatoes and fry in pan with a little bit of oil
  2. Fry all of potatoes till light brown
  3. add cooked sausage
  4. add onion and any other seasoning wanted.
  5. Serve warm
