Spicy Potatoes
  • Scrub 2 lbs. small red potatoes.
  • Place in a large cooking pot with enough water just to cover.
  • Add 2 T cayenne pepper and 2 T minced dried garlic.
  • Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to simmer.
  • Cover and simmer till fork tender, about 20 min.
  • Drain and serve with pats of butter, if desired.
