POTATOES AU GRATIN
  • 8 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 lb. cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  1. Slice potatoes.
  2. In saucepan combine cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk and butter.
  3. Heat until cheese is melted.
  4. Put 1/2 of potatoes in casserole dish.
  5. Pour 1/2 of the cheese mixture over potatoes.
  6. Put remaining potatoes in dish and pour remain ing cheese mixture over potatoes.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender.
