1. Pick uniform potatoes of medium size (6 to 8 ounces).
2. Scrub well and prick several times with fork.
3. On a paper towel or plate arrange potatoes in a circle with none in the center and 1-inch of space between each potato.
4. If potatoes are larger it will take a little longer.
5. Do not forget that potatoes continue to cook after they are removed from oven, so do not overcook.

Microwave Time:
• 1 potato, 3 1/2 to 4 min.
• 2 potatoes, 6 1/2 to 7 min.
• 3 potatoes, 8 1/2 to 9 min.
• 4 potatoes, 10 to 11 min.
• 5 potatoes, 13 to 14 min.
• 6 potatoes, 15 to 16 min.
• 7 potatoes, 18 to 19 min.
• 8 potatoes, 21 to 22 min.
