Sprinkle
with melted butter, salt, pepper and parsley; toss gently to
mix.
To Microwave:
Cook potatoes in 1/4 cup water.
Prick
potatoes with fork.
Place in 3 quart microwave casserole,
placing larger potatoes at sides of casserole.
Pour in 1/4 cup
water.
Cover.
Microwave at full power for 15 to 17 minutes
until tender, rearranging potatoes after 8 minutes to place
less cooked potatoes at sides of casserole.
When finished
cooking, let potatoes stand, covered for 3 minutes.
Drain.
Place butter in 1 cup microwave safe measure.
Microwave
uncovered, at full power for 45 to 60 seconds to melt.
Cut
potatoes in half.
Lightly toss with butter, salt, pepper and
parsley.
