Chicken Chow Mien

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, skinned, bonned and thinly sliced.
  • 1 TBS Soysauce
  • 1 TBS Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 TBS Oyster Sauce
  1. Mix all together, set aside for 20 minutes
  2. fry the marinated meat, set aside.
  • 1 lb Chinese Noodles, boil for 10 minutes, fry and set aside.
  • 3 TBS Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 whole Onion, sliced thin
  • 2 Stalks Celery, sliced thin
  • 2 Carrots, grated
  • 1/2 Cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb Bean Sprouts
  • 1 small Bok Choy or Cabbage
  • 4 TBS Soysauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  1. In hot frying pan put cooking oil and onion, fry until brown.
  2. Add Celery, Carrots, Bok Choy, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add prepared noodles, meat, Soy-sauce, Pepper and stir fry for another 10 minutes.
