4 Chicken Breasts, skinned, bonned and thinly sliced.
1 TBS Soysauce
1 TBS Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 TBS Oyster Sauce
Mix all together, set aside for 20 minutes
fry the marinated meat, set aside.
1 lb Chinese Noodles, boil for 10 minutes, fry and set aside.
3 TBS Cooking Oil
1/2 whole Onion, sliced thin
2 Stalks Celery, sliced thin
2 Carrots, grated
1/2 Cup sliced Mushrooms
1/2 lb Bean Sprouts
1 small Bok Choy or Cabbage
4 TBS Soysauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
In hot frying pan put cooking oil and onion, fry until brown.
Add Celery, Carrots, Bok Choy, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms and stir
fry for 5 minutes.
Add prepared noodles, meat, Soy-sauce, Pepper
and stir fry for another 10 minutes.
