Combine above ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
Coat chicken with coating mix (below).
Deep fry chicken in HOT oil until done.
COATING:
2 Cups Self-rising Flour.
1 can beer or 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Cups Water.
1/2 tsp Salt.
Mix into paste and coat chicken before deep frying.
LEMON SAUCE
1 Cup Pineapple Juice.
1/4 Cup Vinegar (white).
4 TBS Sugar.
1 Whole Lemon - Slice 1/2 of Lemon, Juice the other 1/2 Lemon.
2 TBS Corn Starch.
Salt to taste.
Mix Lemon Sauce ingredients together and stir constantly while
cooking until sauce bubbles and slightly thickens
Pour Lemon Sauce over pre-cooked Chicken just before serving.
