FRIED RICE (PORK, SHRIMP, CHICKEN OR FISH)
From:Helene Prior
    1 LB Lean Meat, Boneless, Skinless and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

    Marinate with:

  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 TBS Soysauce
  • 2 TBS Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil

    Marinate meat from 20 minutes to overnight, depending on taste. Broil in the oven for 15 minutes, slice into 1 inch wide strips.

  • 3 TBS Cooking Oil.
  1. In a bowl mix meat with soysauce, oystersauce, sesame seed oil, leave set for 20 minutes.
  2. Broil in oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut into 1 inch strips and set aside.
  4. 3 TBS cooking Oil in Hot frying pan add Chopped Garlic and Onion. Fry until brown.
  5. Add cooked rice and stir fry for 10 min, or until rice takes on a light brown.
  6. Add meat, eggs, peas, carrots, soysauce, green onion, stir fry about 10 minutes or more, serve warm.
