Egg Drop Soup
From:Helene Prior
  • Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil.
  • 1 carrot cut into small cubes.
  • 1 Stalk Celery cut into small cubes.
  • 4 Eggs, whisk well and drissle into broth. Do not stir until eggs set.
  • 2 TBS cornstarch w/water
  • Crisp Noodles on top.
