Helene Prior's Oriental Barbecue Chicken - Vietnamese Style
From:Helene Prior
  • 4 Bonless Chicken Breasts soaked in milk overnight - (in refrigerator) and drained.

    Mix:

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp 5 spice
  • 1 TBS Fishsauce (Nuoc Mam)
  • 1 Green onion, chopped fine
  1. Coat each Breast and barbeque until done.
