Potato Casserole

  • 2 lb. Bag of frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Mix together.
  2. Put in 9 x 13 greased casserole dish.
  3. Cover with corn flakes or potato chip crumbs.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup melted margarine over top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
