Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 lb. mild sausage
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup colby cheese
  • 1 (4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1-teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 slices of toast
  1. Brown and drain sausage
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix, put in 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
