Sloppy Joes

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Dash black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons catsup or chili sauce
  1. Melt fat, brown onion and ground beef.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 25 minutes.
  3. Serve on Hot buns.
