• 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Frozen cooked small shrimp
• 1/2 green onions, sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1-cup (4 0z.) shredded Swiss Cheese
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate.
3. Sprinkle shrimp, onions, basil and cheese in pie plate.
4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour into pie plate;
6. bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes.

   Serves 6-8
