Chicken Casserole with Corn Flakes

  • 2 or 3 cups chopped chicken, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  1. Combine everything except corn flakes and melted butter and pour into a casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of casserole and drizzle with butter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
