Reunion Casserole
From: Eldred Melton
(to be used only when you want cheap and easy? to fix food)
 Mix the following together:

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup raw macaroni
  • 1 medium-sized onion chopped
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted in 2 qt. casserole dish which will be used for baking casserole
  1. Let mixture set for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Stir thoroughly;
  3. then bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
