Pork Chops and Rice

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 cup old fashion rice (not minute rice)
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can water
  • 1 onion
  1. Place uncooked rice in bottom of a greased dish
  2. Cover rice with sliced onion
  3. Lay pork chops over onion and rice
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Pour beef consomme and water over all
  6. Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 450 degrees F.
