• 4 lb. Disjointed chicken
• 1 medium onion
• 1 Tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/3 cup Wesson oil
• 1/2 cup margarine

1. Sprinkle with dry ingredients.
2. Mix oil, butter and grated onion.
3. Toss chicken well in mixture.
4. Place pieces of chicken flat in roasting pan and pour mixture oven chicken.
5. Seal with foil and bake on bottom rack of oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, drain drippings from chicken and pour over top of chicken.
7. Leave roaster open and place on top rack at same temperature.
8. Cook until brown and tender (about 30 minutes)
