Broccoli/Cauliflower Salad
From: Patsy J. Melton
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Wash and break cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble up into small bits.
  3. Add all ingredients.
  4. Mix in bowl with dressing, chill.
Dressing
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons white vinegar

Tom got this recipe from a co-worker in Elizabethtown, KY. It is easy to make and nice for the summer.
