Mix and bring to boil:
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper

  While dressing is cooling, wash and drain well the following:

• 1 can green beans
• 1 can tiny peas (Le Seur)
• 1 can white shoepeg corn

  Cut up:

• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 4-oz. jar pimentos - chopped
• 1 cup chopped green peppers, optional

1. Mix all together and refrigerate.
2. Drain before serving and reserve liquid for left overs.
3. Will keep in refrigerator for days.
