Cheese Cookies

8 oz. Cream cheese
2 ½ cups flour
½ lb. Butter
apricot preserves
red raspberry preserves
Using your hands, combine all ingredients except preserves.
Form dough into balls about 1-½ inches in diameter.
Chill over night in refrigerator.
Dust board and rolling pin with powdered sugar.
Roll balls out to about ¼ inch thickness
spread on your choice
of preserves and roll up as you would a French pancake.
Put on a cookie sheet and bake 25-30 minutes in 350-degree oven.
When cool dust with powdered sugar.
