• 3 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup margarine
• 2/3-cup evaporated milk
• 1 (12-oz.) pkg. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
• 1 cup nuts, optional
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Microwave margarine in 4-qt. Microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute or until melted.
2. Add sugar and milk; mix well.
3. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil, stir after 3 minute.
4. Mix well, scrape bowl.
5. Microwave 5 1/2 minutes, stir after 3 minutes.
6. Gradually stir in chocolate until melted.
7. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
8. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 in or 13 x 9 in pan.
9. Cool at room temperature.
10. Cut into squares.
