Snow Cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 quart fluffy snow
  1. Beat an egg until fluffy
  2. Add sugar, milk and vanilla
  3. Keep in cold while you run outside and get snow.
  4. Stir snow gently into milk mixture.

    Now they tell you not to use raw eggs, I have made this without the egg and it works just fine, but I have also used raw eggs in many recipes and never had a problem, I would just make sure that I had fresh eggs and not outdated ones.
