Hash Brown Casserole
From: Betty Jo Coldiron
  • 2 pounds Frozen Hash potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup onion chopped fine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Colby cheese, grated
  1. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
  3. Gently mix in potatoes and pour into baking pan.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
