• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1 Onion, grated
• 3 cups diced Zucchini
• 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
• 2 Cups shredded carrots

Topping

• 1/2 Pkg. Stuffing Mix
• 1/2 Cup margarine, melted

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the sour cream, onion, zucchini, soup and carrots.
3. Pour the mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish.
4. To prepare the topping , mix the melted margarine with the stuffing; mix well.
5. Pour the stuffing mixture over the zucchini mixture.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes
