• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 cup of ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 or 3 cans of pork & beans

1. cook the onion & pepper until pepper losses its color
2. put in the beef and brown it,drain of grease
3. in a bowl mix the beans ketchup and sugar then add the meat mixture
4. salt & pepper to taste.
5. bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour,
