Dip steaks in flour mixture and fry until brown on both sides in hot oil.
Drain well put steaks in crockpot
add
1 small chopped onion
1/2 cup baby carrots
1 small chopped green pepper
1 cup diced potatoes.
Mix 1 jar Heinz brown gravy with 1 can condensed mushroom soup
pour over steaks
add salt and pepper to taste
a pinch of curry powder and ginger.
Add a little meat tenderizer mix up real well.
Add enough water too cover all.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Do not let steaks dry out.
This makes a rich good gravy, its kind of like beef stew except the steaks are left whole.
Serve with crescent rolls and it's a complete meal.
