Venison or Beef Jerky

The previous recipe for Venison Jerky also works well for Round Steak and Sirloin. If that recipe is too expensive or time consuming, here is a much simpler one.

  • 5 lb Venison, Round Steak, or Sirloin Tip
  • 8 ozs ( 1/2 bottle) Dale's Seasoning
  • 4 ozs Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper if desired for HEAT
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  1. Slice meat into 1/4 in. thick strips (Some prefer thinner slices but I prefer Thick)
  2. Marinate for 6-8 hours
  3. Dehydrate per instructions
