French Ham and Cheese Toast
From: Vickie Simpson
  • In a bowl beat 2 large eggs with a little milk, salt, and pepper
  • Dip 2 slices of bread into eggs dip on both sides
  • In large skillet add butter
  • Put in one slice of toast brown on both sides
  • Add 1 slice of ham and a big thick slice of Velveeta cheese
  • Add other piece of bread too skillet brown on one sides
  • Flip browned side onto sandwich and brown on other side too melt cheese.
