Vic's Teriyaki Porkchops
From: Vickie Simpson
  • Mix 1/2 c of soysauce with 1/4 c molasses
  • Add a good pinch of ginger a tiny pinch of garlic powder and curry powder
  • Mix altogether
  • Pour onto 4 porkchops
  • Bake 375 for 45 minutes until good and tender.

Chops may also be grilled or can use meat and sauce in a stirfry.
