• Go out too garden and pick the first new shoots of lettuce wash thoroughly put in a bowl
• add 2 chopped green onions green part and all
• add 1 chopped tomato
• heat bacon grease or fry bacon may crumble bacon on salad or save for tomorrow's breakfast
• pour hot grease on salad
• toss add a little salt and pepper.
