Ice Tea Syrup
  • 14 small tea bags or 3/4 cup loose tea
  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • Iced water
  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover.
  2. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain, if using loose tea.
  4. Add sugar to tea.
  5. Place 1/4 cup tea syrup in each glass; add iced water until glass if filled.

Yield: 24 servings

Syrup maybe stored in glass container in refrigerator indefinitely.
