Butter Pie

Beaver Dam, Ky
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 Tbsp.flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Mix all ingredients until well blended
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown about 30 minutes
COMMENTS: This was a recipe my grandmother and mom
would make it. It doesn't take very long to prepare and it is very good!
