Duck Mignon
From:Claudette Walker
  • Duck Breasts
  • Bacon
  • Dale's Seasoning
  1. Cut Duck Breast into 1" to 1 1/2" chunks.
  2. Cut Bacon in half crosswise.
  3. Wrap each duck piece individually in bacon and secure with wooden tooth picks.
  4. Soak bacon wrapped duck pieces in Dale's Seasoning for 15 minutes.
  5. Grill over medium coals on barbecue grill turning occasionally and watching closely for flare ups.
  6. Grill until bacon is very crisp and duck is done in the center.

    Serve warm.

COMMENTS: Delicious, even for non-game appetites. Tastes a lot like filet mignon.
